What is Pursuit of Happiness ?

A few years ago, I woke up with a strange feeling — like I was missing out on my own life.

My name is Baptiste. If you’re here, you probably came from my Instagram, where I share my daily life, thoughts, and the tools I’m building to move forward. I’m 21 years old, and like many others, I spent a long time feeling lost — stuck between the pressure to succeed and the feeling that I was slowly fading away.

Each day seemed to slip by without leaving a trace, swallowed by a routine that drained me more than it fulfilled me. In trying so hard to “succeed,” constantly running around, and listening to everything but my own heart, I had forgotten the most important thing: to be happy. Truly happy.

It was from that raw moment of realization that Pursuit of Happiness was born.

Not as yet another empty promise or a perfectly polished plan on paper.
No.

But as a declaration of war against a life merely endured.

I wanted to create a space, a movement, a path — for those who refuse to settle for simply existing.
A life plan built on conscious movement, simple and real food, authentic creation, and above all, a reconnection with yourself.

A lifestyle that honors our true nature — our human need to grow, to feel, to vibrate.
