These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern purchases made on the website pursuitofhappiness.club, operated by Baptiste CHARLES, sole proprietor. They also include the return and refund policy applicable to certain products.
By confirming an order, the customer fully agrees to these T&Cs without reservation.

The website offers two types of products:
Digital Products
(e-books, Notion files, templates…)
- Delivered immediately after payment via download link or email.
- Intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
- No physical shipment is made.
Physical Products
- Delivered according to the conditions specified at the time of purchase.
- Available exclusively through affiliated partners.
3. Prices
- Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included.
- VAT not applicable (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
- The applicable price is the one shown at the time of the order.
- Baptiste CHARLES reserves the right to change prices at any time.
4. Payment
- 100% secure payment via Stripe (or another platform depending on the product).
- The customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorization to use the chosen payment method.
5. Delivery
- Digital products: Instant delivery after payment confirmation.
- A download link will be displayed
- OR sent by email.
- No postal delivery will be made.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Digital Products
In accordance with Article L.221-28-13° of the French Consumer Code:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided without a physical medium, once execution has begun with the customer’s express consent and acknowledgment of waiver of this right.
By confirming the order, the customer:
Agrees to immediate execution of the contract,
Expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
No refund will be granted once the product has been viewed, downloaded, or activated — even partially.

Physical Products
The customer has a legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Valid return conditions:
Product must be new, unused, and complete
Original packaging and labels must be intact
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Digital products that have already been viewed, activated, or downloaded
Customized or made-to-order products
Products that have been opened, used, are incomplete, or damaged
8. Liability
Baptiste CHARLES cannot be held liable for:
Misuse of the product
Misinterpretation of the provided content
The customer is solely responsible for how they use the product.
9. Intellectual Property
The content sold is protected by copyright law.
Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited without written permission.
10. Personal Data
Data collected is processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy.
The customer may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
Failing that, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.
